Magnetic stripe technology allows for complete management and access control in perimetral rooms and doors: garages, access for staff... It also allows for editing, copying, immediate cancellation in case of theft or loss, changes in the access plan, addition of new doors or users, etc. It offers access control for a very low maintenance cost.

Among other advantages, you will be able to know how many keycards have been recorded, who edited them and where they’ve been used. These keycards also carry information in order to grant access to any service you may wish to authorize. As for hotel staff, access can be restricted depending on the calendar and work shifts.

Plus, thanks to contact less technology, any element can replace the car or key: a bracelet, a watch, etc.
Proximity technology allows for the creation of a virtual, wireless net in the hotel, with all the advantages of an on-line system and the low cost of a standalone system. It means total integration of systems and, due to the updater, it includes access control and management/ monitoring of the activities of the staff: access and task assignment, attendance control (who, when and where) from reception to the back office.

With the Dual system, the hotel can make use of the magnetic stripe’s low costs (for occasional guests, for example) and combine it with Smartair technology to manage the staff’s activity or carry out other functions in the keycard’s chip (loyalty program, electronic cash machine, etc.)

It’s the perfect solution to complement Inhova locks’ convenience (everything is managed from the PMS) and offer maximum security in perimetral access points, offices, shops, entranceways to swimming pools, etc.

Electronic cylinders don’t need wires and they’re easy to install. They allow for the use of a smart key to access the room in those hotels that choose this system.
